Friends of Pocklington School
Welcome to The Friends of Pocklington School section of the website.
Our aim is to support the well being of Pocklington School by organising social events and fundraising activities which support the school and external charities, and which promote relations amongst parents and others involved in The Friends. The Friends membership is made up of parents, guardians, past parents, grandparents, friends of the school and members of staff.
We organise a wide range of social functions, so why not read now about some of our past functions and put our future dates in your diary so you won't miss out!

Friends' Donations
We regularly donate funds to a wide variety of projects. Our recent donations have included:-
Tour polo shirts for the last two hockey, rugby and netball tours.
Tour polo shirts for the last two Swing Band tours.
Fireworks for the boarders' Firework Night celebrations.
A contribution towards the Namibia trip.
£1200 donation each to Martin House Hospice and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance from the proceeds of ‘A Party at Pock 2008’
