Academic Progress and Results

We aim for the highest academic standards by setting out to instil a lifelong love of learning.

We do this by teaching in an environment that values curiosity, creativity, personal initiative and debate and which encourages individuals to focus on their strengths whilst supporting their areas for development. Throughout the school, pupils learn in groups of around  20 or fewer. Should they encounter any obstacles to learning, such as dyslexia, our teachers provide the supportive and specialised learning support they need to continue their academic journey and achieve their potential. All year groups are set a homework timetable, appropriate to their ages. This is designed to aid pupils in planning and managing their workload, whilst ensuring that they have time for other interests.
